Ingredients for Bread Potato Cheese Cutlet Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/4 Pieces Slice bread
  • 1/4 Pieces Cheese slice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grated mozzarella
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon Italian Seasonin
  • As Required as per need Oil for frying
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chili powder

Directions: Bread Potato Cheese Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash the boiled potatoes.In a medium sized bowl,add the mashed potatoes. Roughly chop the cheese slice and add it to the mashed potatoes.Add salt, red chili powder and Italian seasoning.Dip the bread slice in water. Squeeze out the water and add the bread into this mixture.Mix or knead the mixture properly.Heat oil in a wok or kadhai.Simply press this mixture on a flat surface or on a chopping board or on a plate. Cut with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Or shape the mixture into small balls or round cutlets.
  • STEP 2.Deep fry these in the hot oil.Serve immediately.
