Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to squeeze out the excess water from the bread slices to prevent the rolls from becoming soggy.
  • You can add grated carrots, capsicum, or any other vegetables of your choice to the paneer mixture for added flavor and nutrition.
  • If you want a healthier version, you can bake the rolls instead of frying them. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes or until they turn crispy.
  • You can also make these rolls in advance and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat them in a preheated oven or on a tawa before serving.

Storage and Serving

  • Bread paneer rolls are best served hot and crispy.
  • You can serve them as an appetizer or as a tea-time snack.
  • They can be served with ketchup, mint chutney, or any other dip of your choice.
  • Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat the rolls, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake them for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
