  • 4 Pieces bread slices
  • As Required For batter
  • 0.67 Cups gram flour
  • 0.33 Teaspoon carom seeds
  • 0.33 Teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 0.08 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.17 Teaspoon dried mango powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.17 Teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 0.33 Teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.33 Pieces green chilli chopped
  • 0.08 Cup coriander leaves chopped
  • As Required oil for frying

Directions: Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut bread in triangle or rectangle shape.
  • STEP 2.Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and one cup of water or as required to make a paste of desired consistency.
  • STEP 3.Whisk it with a spatula to remove lumps. Heat oil in a large wok.
  • STEP 4.Dip one slice of bread in batter and fry in hot oil from both sides. Repeat the same with all slices of bread.
  • STEP 5.Drain on a paper towel.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with ketchup, mint chutney, and tea.
