  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 4 Dried red chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10 Cashew nuts
  • 10 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 4 No.s Cloves
  • 1 Butter sp
  • 5 piece Bread Slices
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Turmeric powder sp
  • 1/2 Salt sp
  • 1/2 glass Water
  • 1 Garam masala sp
  • 1 Ghee sp
  • 1/2 Sugar sp
  • 1-2 tablespoon Curd
  • As required Few drops of lemon juice
  • flakes Dried corn

Directions: Bread Masala Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop onion and tomato. Cut the bread and chop the coriander.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Grind chopped tomato, green chilli, dried red chilli, ginger, cashews, garlic, cloves into a fine paste.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Heat butter and then add sliced bread. Roast well. Now add oil in a pan, chopped onions and saute for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt, grinded paste and saute. Add water and cook 5 minutes. Then add garam masala, ghee and saute for minutes. Add sugar and cook for a minute.
