Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add water and salt. Bring the gravy to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Toast the bread slices until they turn crispy. Cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 6.Add the toasted bread pieces to the gravy and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread absorbs the flavors.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
