Ingredients for Bread Manchurian Balls Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces green chilli
  • 0.17 Pieces Red capsicum
  • 0.17 Pieces Yellow capsicum
  • 0.17 Pieces Green capsicum
  • 0.33 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.33 Tbsp Rice flour
  • 0.17 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.17 Tsp White vinegar
  • 0.17 Tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 0.17 Tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 0.17 Tsp Schezwan chutney
  • 0.67 Tsp Cooking oil
  • 0.17 Tsp Salt

Directions: Bread Manchurian Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.In a blender,add 3bread slices and blend it well.
  • STEP 2.2. Transfer this into a bowl, add all the remaining Manchurian balls ingredients in it and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.3.Take some mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball.
  • STEP 4.4.Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.5.Drain it on an absorbent paper. keep aside.
  • STEP 6.Reat of the preparation...
  • STEP 7.1.Heat 3tbsp oil in a heavy pot,add 2tbsp garlic,2 green chilli and saute till it turns golden brown in colour.
  • STEP 8.2.Add 50grm green onions,50 grm onions and fry till translucent.
  • STEP 9.3.then add 80 grm bell pepper and saute for 5-7 min
  • STEP 10.4.Now add 4tbsp ketchup,2tbsp chilli sauce,1 tbsp viniger,2 tbsp soya sauce and mix it well.
  • STEP 11.5.Add 1/2 teaspoons black pepper,1/2 teaspoons salt and mix it again.
  • STEP 12.6.Cook for 3-5 min
  • STEP 13.7.add 110 milliliter water and stir well
  • STEP 14.8.
  • STEP 15.Bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 16.9.In a bowl ,add 2 tbsp corn flour,50 mililiters water and mix it well.
  • STEP 17.10.pour the mixture into the gravy and mix it well.
  • STEP 18.11.cook till the gravy thicknes.
  • STEP 19.12.Now ,add the fried balls in it and toss them well .
  • STEP 20.13.cook for another 2-3min
  • STEP 21.14. Garnish with green onions.
  • STEP 22.15. Sarve hot.
