STEP 1.Add oil to a pan and fry capsicum, corn and carrot till it becomes soft. Please keep aside. Add butter in the pan,add the garlic and fry it till it becomes slightly brown. Meanwhile add corn flour to a glass milk and mix it very well. Heat a pan ,add this mixture to the pan and stir it till it starts boiling and becomes slightly thick. Set aside. Line the bread pieces in the pan, add the cream sauce on top and cover the bread. Add the vegetables on top of the cream sauce and then spread the cheese on top. If you wish you can add 2-3 more layers. Close the lid and cook in low heat till the cheese melts and forms a lasagna texture. Bread lasagna is ready!
