Ingredients for Bread Lasagna Recipe

  • 2 nos Bread — slice
  • As required Carrots
  • As required Capsicum
  • 1/2 cups sweet corn —
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree —
  • 1/4 cup Milk —
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corn flour —
  • 1 nos Garlic pods —
  • As required Mixed herbs ( Oregon
  • As required Tyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary) —
  • 0.13 cup Cheese —-
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper —
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt—
  • As required butter.

Directions: Bread Lasagna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pan and fry capsicum, corn and carrot till it becomes soft. Please keep aside. Add butter in the pan,add the garlic and fry it till it becomes slightly brown. Meanwhile add corn flour to a glass milk and mix it very well. Heat a pan ,add this mixture to the pan and stir it till it starts boiling and becomes slightly thick. Set aside. Line the bread pieces in the pan, add the cream sauce on top and cover the bread. Add the vegetables on top of the cream sauce and then spread the cheese on top. If you wish you can add 2-3 more layers. Close the lid and cook in low heat till the cheese melts and forms a lasagna texture. Bread lasagna is ready!
