Ingredients for Bread ki kheer Recipe

  • 1/4 Litre ltr milk full cream
  • 1 Pieces Bread slices
  • 3/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 2.50 Pieces Almond
  • 3.75 Pieces Raisen
  • 1.50 drop kewra
  • 12.50 g Suger

Directions: Bread Ki Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add milk in it let it boil.
  • STEP 2.Cut sides of bread and grind it make a bread crumbs.take a pan add ghee and saute the bread crumbs till light golden .when milk take a boil add fried crumb .when it become half add suger .cut the nuts add take same of them side for garnish left add into the kheer .when kheer become thick add kewra and elaichi powder 1/2 tsp...searve cold
