Ingredients for Bread katka Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Pav
  • 1 Tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp Soaked & Boiled Lal Chana
  • 1 Tbsp Masala chana dal
  • 1/2 Cup Sev
  • 1 Tbsp Dates-Tamarind (Khajur Imli) Chutney
  • 1 Tbsp Rajkot Ni Lili Chatni
  • 1/2 Tbsp arlic (Lehsun) Chutney
  • A Handful Coriander Leaves (Dhania)

Directions: Bread Katka Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl make a liquid mixture of khajur imli chutney. Cut the pav into pieces and dip it in the mixture.
  • STEP 2.Squeeze the pieces and place them on a plate.
  • STEP 3.On it add Rajkot lili chatni, garlic chutney, khajur imli chutney, soaked & boiled lal chana, masala chana dal, finely chopped onion, sev and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Rajkot Bread Katka is ready.
