  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mash boiled potatoes and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
  • STEP 2.Mix everything well and add salt to taste.
  • STEP 3.Take a bread slice and remove the edges. Dip it in water for a few seconds and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 4.Place a spoonful of the potato mixture in the center of the bread slice and fold it into a ball, sealing the edges.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and potato mixture.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the stuffed bread balls into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 7.Remove the kachoris from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 8.Serve the bread kachoris hot with chutney or ketchup.
