Bread cutlet is an Indian evening snacks and very popular in bihar and jharkhand. It is crispy and tasty and very much likely to kids.
STEP 1.Boil potato mash them and keep aside. Now take a kadai saute all the veggies till all become cooked now add mashed potatoes salt turmeric chilly chat masala and make a filler.
STEP 2.Now take bread cut all sides dip into the water and squeeze extra water and now fill the veggies masala and roll it in any shape.
STEP 3.Now deep fry all the cutlets in oil at medium flame and once it become brown and crisp take it out and serve with tea chutney or ketchup.
