Ingredients for Bread bhujia Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Bread slices
  • 2.50 Pieces Eggs
  • 1 Tsps Oil
  • 0.13 Tsp Mustard
  • Sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chillies
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper powder
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • A Few Drops Lime juice

Directions: Bread Bhujia Recipe

  • STEP 1.Toast bread slices with butter and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil. Add mustard, Curry leaves, chopped onions saute it till golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add little salt, turmeric powder and saute it. Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 1min.
  • STEP 4.Add eggs and stir well till it comes to bhujia.
  • STEP 5.Cut the bread slices and add to the bhujia. Add few drops of lime juice and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Finally add grated carrot and coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve hot.
