STEP 1.Toast bread slices with butter and set aside.
STEP 2.Heat oil. Add mustard, Curry leaves, chopped onions saute it till golden brown.
STEP 3.Add little salt, turmeric powder and saute it. Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 1min.
STEP 4.Add eggs and stir well till it comes to bhujia.
STEP 5.Cut the bread slices and add to the bhujia. Add few drops of lime juice and mix well.
STEP 6.Finally add grated carrot and coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve hot.
