  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Cut the bread slices into desired shapes like triangles or squares.
  • STEP 3.Dip each bread slice into the batter, making sure it is coated well.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.
  • STEP 5.Gently drop the coated bread slices into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove the bhajiyas from the oil and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
