Daikon is cooked until it becomes semi-transparent and tender. The thick sauce has a typical japanese flavour with dashi, soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar.

  • As required A handful of rice
  • 125 gram Pork or chicken mince
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dashi stock
