  • 1 Large shallots sliced very thinly
  • 1 piece Strips of bacon slivered into thin
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 0.13 cup 1/2 water i only needed 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 bunch A small italian parsley leaves chopped into a small handful
  • As required Kosher salt
