- 4 cup Water
- 1 Nos garlic head
- 1 tablespoon white peppercorn
- 5 Nos hard boiled eggs
- 8 ounce fried tofu/bean curd
- 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- As required Salt

How to Make Braised Pork Belly In Soy Sauce Recipe
Cut pork belly into small pieces
Lightly pound the garlic
Crush the white peppercorn
add 4 cups of water in a pot and heat it
once the water starts boiling then add pork belly pieces,garlic and crushed peppercorns.
bring the mixture to a boil then add boiled eggs followed by fried tofu,soy sauce,sweet soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
reduce the flame to medium and braise the pork for 30 mins until pork belly becomes tender.
add salt as per taste and cook it at low flame for 15-20 mins.
now turn off the flame and serve with steamed rice.
