Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the brains in water with salt and turmeric powder until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, spices, and water, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
  • STEP 4.Add the boiled brains to the gravy and simmer for a few minutes until the flavors meld together.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips
