  • 0.08 cup Grated Coconut
  • 0.42 En Chilies
  • 0.08 inch Ginger
  • 0.17 cup Yogurt
  • 0.17 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.08 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 0.08 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves

  • STEP 1.Wash and clean the Brahmi leaves thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, grind the Brahmi leaves, grated coconut, green chilies, and ginger to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  • STEP 4.Add the ground Brahmi paste to the yogurt and mix well.
  • STEP 5.In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 6.Pour the tempering over the Brahmi-yogurt mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Season with salt and serve Brahmi Tambli chilled as a side dish with rice or as a refreshing drink.
