Ingredients for Bottle gourd leaves with crispy fried fish Recipe

  • A Bunch Bottle gourd leaves and tender stems
  • 1 Pieces arlic cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chilli
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Fish deep fried
  • 1/2 Tbsp Onion slices few

Directions: Bottle Gourd Leaves With Crispy Fried Fish Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil 2 cups water. Add green chilli, garlic cloves, slices onion, salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Roughly tear all the bottle gourd leaves into 3-4 pieces and chop the stems into 3-4 inches pieces.
  • STEP 3.Add these to the boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove
  • STEP 4.Shread the fried fish piece. Add it to the cooked dish.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with steamed rice.
