A Bunch Bottle gourd leaves and tender stems
1 Pieces arlic cloves
1/2 Pieces reen chilli
To Taste Salt
1/2 Pieces Fish deep fried
1/2 Tbsp Onion slices few
Directions: Bottle Gourd Leaves With Crispy Fried Fish Recipe
STEP 1.Boil 2 cups water. Add green chilli, garlic cloves, slices onion, salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
STEP 2.Roughly tear all the bottle gourd leaves into 3-4 pieces and chop the stems into 3-4 inches pieces.
STEP 3.Add these to the boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove
STEP 4.Shread the fried fish piece. Add it to the cooked dish.
STEP 5.Serve hot with steamed rice.
