  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the bottle gourd into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the chopped bottle gourd and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add yogurt, salt, and water. Mix well and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
