Ingredients for Bori-Bori Recipe

  • 3 piece chicken breasts very thinly sliced
  • 3 piece chicken thighs boneless, finely chopped
  • 1 No.s large onion , diced
  • 4 No.s scallions , sliced
  • 1 No.s green bell pepper , cut into small cubes
  • 2 No.s tomatoes , peeled, seeded and diced
  • 230 gram pumpkin , cut into small cubes
  • 1 No.s carrot , cut into small cubes
  • 2 No.s bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • As required Salt
  • As required Freshly ground pepper
  • 6 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cup corn flour
  • 140 gram queso paraguayo
  • 2.80 liter Water

Directions: Bori-bori Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. heat some oil in a pan and saute chicken pieces in it till it turns golden brown.

step 2

  • STEP 1.when done take the chicken out in a bowl and saute scallions, onions and tomatoes in the same pan.

step 3

  • STEP 1. season it with some salt and peeper and then add pumpkin and carrots to it and cook on high heat.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add in pepper, cumin bay leaves, chicken and water to the pan.

step 5

  • STEP 1. mix well and cook for about 45 minutes on medium flame.
