  • 1/2 pound Beef Bones With Some Meat
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Sliced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 0.63 Li Peppers, Sliced
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • As required Soy Sauce To Taste

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, add beef bones and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to remove impurities.
  • STEP 2.Drain the bones and rinse them under cold water. Clean the pot and return the bones to it.
  • STEP 3.Add onions, garlic, ginger, black peppercorns, and chili peppers to the pot. Pour in enough water to cover the bones again.
  • STEP 4.Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender and the flavors have developed.
  • STEP 5.Skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface during cooking.
  • STEP 6.Season with salt and soy sauce to taste. Adjust the spiciness by adding more chili peppers if desired.
