- 1/5 Kg Bombay duck fish
- 0.80 Pieces Boiled potato
- 0.80 Pieces Pest onion
- 2.40 Pieces Garlic cloves
- 1/5 Inch Ginger

How to Make Bombay Duck Kofta Curry (lote Fish Kofta Curry ) Recipe
STEP 01
at first boil the potatoes and pill the skin, then steam the fish and remove all Thorns.
STEP 02
Then take a big boul and mix all the ingredients ( fish, boiled potato, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, all powder masala, salt, sugar, coriander leaf, corn flour ). Make a semi tight mixture. Then heat a pan with mustard oil. Make Kofta balls from the mixture and fry it in a medium heat. After making the Kofta balls move to the gravy preparation.
STEP 03
For gravy heat a pan with 2 tablespoon of mustard oil and add bay leaf, whole Garam Masala. After that add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste. Fry this about 5-6 minute on medium heat. Then add all powder masala and fry for another 5-6 minutes. When oil is started to separate from the grave add the yoghurt and cook it another 10 minutes on low flame. After 10 minutes add water as required and boiled it for another 5 minutes. Add all Kofta balls in the gravy and cover with a lead for 3 minute. Sprinkle coriander leaf and garam masala powder on top hand cover for another two minute. Lote fish Kofta curry is ready for serve with rice.
