Ingredients for Bom Chount Recipe

  • 3-4 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 2 Green apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • None Water
  • 3-4 teaspoon Curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon 2 Fennel Seeds Powder
  • As required Salt

Directions: Bom Chount Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the apple and eggplant bush to wedges .
  • STEP 2.Fry the apple and eggplant bush in an exceedingly pan and keep it aside.
  • STEP 1.You will be able to fry them singly furthermore until it is golden brown
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add cumin with the leftover hot oil.
  • STEP 4.Then add red chili pepper powder, seasoner powder and stir with 1/4 th cup water until the water evaporates.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked apples and eggplant bush into the pan and blend well.
  • STEP 6.Add garam masala and salt and keep it in on low flame for five minutes and pop out heat.
  • STEP 7.Serve jammu and kashmir vogue bom chount - wangan instruction with spiced carrot pulao instruction or plain rice and nadru ke kabab.
