The chef of the Cardial of Imola named Alberto Alvisi cooked the first-ever tomato-based meat sauce that was served with a bowl of macaroni pasta. Ever since Bolognese sauce has been one of the most popular and delicious sauces to be used to make pastas. This easy recipe to make Bolognese sauce is made with minimal ingredients and in a jiffy.  The loaded dish is prepared from minced meat, veggies and tomato sauce. The classic Italian sauce for pasta is made with ground meat such as beef or pork. It's slow-cooked with a soffrito of onions, carrots, and celery, tomatoes, and milk to give it a creamy texture. Ingredients for Bolognese Sauce Recipe

  • 350 gram Minced Beef Meat
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • As required Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Nos Onion
  • 2 Tinned Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cameroon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 2 Nos Maggi Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Chop the veggies and mince the meat.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pot, add oil and heat it. Add in chopped onions and saute.
  • STEP 2.Then add minced meat along with the thyme. garlic powder, salt, ginger powder, curry powder, Cameroon pepper, Maggi cubes and tomato sauce.
  • STEP 3.Cook it for 15 mins at the medium flame with the lid on.
  • STEP 4.Now add mixed vegetables and cover to cook for 5 minutes. Serve with some plain boiled noodles and bread.
