  • 180 gram Sugar
  • 4 No.s Egg
  • 100 milliliter Milk
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 20 gram soft butter
  • As required Pears taste
  • As required Grease jelly
  • As required Butter
  • As required Flour

Directions: Bolo De Pera Recipe

  • STEP 1.Beat the eggs with some sugar. Add milk, oil, butter and then flour with yeast and knead.

  • STEP 1.Pour some in a pan with butter and flour. Now peel the pears and cut in slices.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Once done unmold and serve with jam.
