  • 0.11 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Boca crumbles and cook until browned.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
  • STEP 5.Spread half of the Boca crumbles over the noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat the layers.
  • STEP 6.Top with a final layer of noodles and marinara sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
