Sweet potato biscuits get a little kick from ginger. These tender yet scrumptious biscuits utilize cooked mashed sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, candied ginger and pumpkin pie spice. These sweet potato and ginger biscuits go with any meal including breakfast.
