Ingredients for Blue Matcha Coconut Popsicle Recipe

  • 20 gm Coconut
  • 1/10 cup Milk
  • 1/10 cup Condensed milk
  • 30 gm Whipping cream
  • 1/5 Tbsp blue matcha powder or blue tea powder

Directions: Blue Matcha Coconut Popsicle Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the brown part of coconut
  • STEP 2.Now make small pieces of coconut and churn to fine paste with help of milk
  • STEP 3.Whip the chilled whipping cream with beater till soft peaks
  • STEP 4.Now add coconut paste to whipping cream and mix throughly
  • STEP 5.Add condensed milk and blue matcha powder and blend all together.
  • STEP 6.Now take popsicle mould pour the cream mixture and cling wrap it to avoid ice crystals
  • STEP 7.Freeze it for overnight in chiller or in Frezzer
  • STEP 8.After it sets properly
  • STEP 9.Demould the popsicle and its ready to serve
