There are many types of receipes made from rice. Here i have made unique rice Receipe "Black Chickpea Rice ". It's super tasty. I have made Rogan Josh Sause along with it. Rogan josh sause is Famoush Kashmiri dish. Rogan Josh Sause is a non-vegetarian dish but i have made It's vegetarian version using paneer.

Ingredients for Black chickpea rice with Rogan Josh Sause Recipe

  • 1/2 cup soaked sela basmati rice
  • 1/4 Cups Black chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustred seed
  • 0.13 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/4 cup Fine chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Fine chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander-jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces black cardamom
  • 1 pieces Green cardamom
  • 1 pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces piece mace
  • 1/2 tbsp Sauf
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp Fine chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Fine chopped ginger

Directions: Black Chickpea Rice With Rogan Josh Sause Recipe

  • STEP 1.First to make Black chickpea rice in a pressure
  • STEP 2.cooker take oil. Add mustered seeds, asafoetida,
  • STEP 3.ginger-garlic-chilli paste. Saute them. Then add
  • STEP 4.onion & saute it untill it becomes light pink. Then
  • STEP 5.add tomatoes & other routine spice & saute them
  • STEP 6.for a while. Then add black chickpeas & shela
  • STEP 7.basmati rice in it & mix all properly. Then add
  • STEP 8.water & cover it with it's lid & give 4 to 5 whistles.
  • STEP 9.For paneer Rogan Josh Sause in a mixture
  • STEP 10.jar take black cardamom, green cardamom,
  • STEP 11.cloves,cinnamon, mace,sauf, jeera, red chilli
  • STEP 12.powder, ginger powder & grind them in a
  • STEP 13.smooth powder. Now in curd add corn flour &
  • STEP 14.this powder & mix well. Now in a pan take ghee &
  • STEP 15.swallow fry paneer pieces in it. Keep them aside.
  • STEP 16.Now in that ghee saute ginger, garlic. Then add
  • STEP 17.curd mixture ,Paneer & salt. Cook it for a 2 to 3
  • STEP 18.minutes.
  • STEP 19.Now serve it with black chickpea rice.
