Ingredients for Black Bean Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  • 450 gram Chicken Breast
  • 1 No.s Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 No.s Red pepper thinly sliced
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 2 No.s Red chilli finely chopped
  • 2 No.s Spring onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 100 milliliter Water
  • 6 tablespoon Blackbean sauce
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • As required Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Black Bean Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil on high heat, add 1 thinly sliced onion and 1 thinly sliced red pepper and stir fry for 1 ½ minute.
  • STEP 2.Add 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 thinly sliced red chillies and 450 gm chicken breast cut into two thin slices lengthwise and then slice thin strips across the breath.
  • STEP 3.Stir fry all the ingredients in the pan for 5 minutes till the chicken changes colour and turners light golden.Add 2 chopped spring onions and stir fry for 1 minute.
  • STEP 4.Add 6 tbsp blackbean sauce and stir till well combined.
  • STEP 5.Then add the cornflour mixture of 1tsp cornflour with 100 ml water and stir well and allow the sauce to thicken.
  • STEP 6.Add a small bunch of chopped coriander leaves and stir. Turn off the heat.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with steamed rice.
