Ingredients for Bittergourd Rolls Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Finally chopped bittergourd
  • As Required One finally chopped onion
  • As Required boiled patatoes
  • As Required Corn flour two table spoon
  • to taste salt according
  • As Required Red chilly powder one tea spoon
  • As Required dry mango powder one
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Bittergourd Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and grate potatoes in it.
  • STEP 2.Add bittergourd, onions, salt and pepper and corn flour in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture in equal parts and shape each portion into rolls.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry these rolls till they become golden and crispy.
  • STEP 6. Drain out on absorbent paper.
  • STEP 7.Ready to serve.
