  • STEP 1.Start by washing and slicing the bitter gourd, onions, and potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add the sliced onions and saut茅 until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Next, add the bitter gourd and potatoes to the pan. Stir well to coat them with the spices.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
