  • 1 No.s Bottle Gourd
  • 2 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • 1 No.s Green chilli
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 2 No.s Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 3 tablespoon Gram flour
  • 1.50 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 liter Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
  • 1.50 glass Water 2

  • STEP 1.Peel bottle gourd

  • STEP 2.Grate bottle gourd with the help of grater

step 3

  • STEP 3.Slice onion and tomato

step 4

  • STEP 4.Make paste of sliced onion

  • STEP 5.Make paste of sliced tomato

step 6

  • STEP 6.Chop green chilli

step 7

  • STEP 7.Squeeze grated bottle gourd and remove liquid.

  • STEP 8.Dry the squeezed bottle gourd

  • STEP 9.Add rice flour,gram flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,green chilli,onion,½ tbsp salt,few coriander leaves to the grated bottle gourd and mix well.

  • STEP 10.1.add ½ litre oil in a pot and heat it.

  • STEP 11.2,make balls of the gourd mixture and fry it for 5-7 mins.

  • STEP 12.3.now add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.

  • STEP 13.4.add cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and onion paste,cook for 3 mins.

  • STEP 14.5.then add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins.

  • STEP 15.6.add masala-red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala coriander powder,1 tbsp salt.

  • STEP 16.7.and cook for 3 mins.

  • STEP 17.8.add water 2 ½ glass and cook for 3 mins.

  • STEP 18.9.now add fresh cream,kasoori methi.

step 20

  • STEP 19.10,put fried balls and cook for 3 mins.

step 21

  • STEP 20.11,sprinkle some coriander leaves.
