Ingredients for Bitoque Recipe

  • 4 No.s thick steaks
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 5 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 No.s bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 No.s Egg
  • 4 teaspoon Butter

Directions: Bitoque Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix the wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now in a bag of steak pour this mixture and leave. Add bay leaves.  seal the bag. Marinate overnight.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Now heat a pan and add olive oil, place the marinated meat in it. Cook the steak for 5 minutes and cook on both sides.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Heat another pan and add butter in it. Break an egg and cook it until white egg is cooked. Add salt and pepper for season. Serve the steak with eggs.
