Ingredients for Biscuits cake Recipe

  • 1/2 packets 3 packets Marie biscuit (240 grams
  • 41.67 grams dark / milk Chocolate
  • 0.33 tbsp Butter (room temperature)
  • 0.08 cup Milk (approx)
  • 16.67 grams dark / milk Chocolate
  • 0.67 g Gems or dry fruits for garnishing
  • 0.08 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk
  • 0.17 tbsp Butter
  • 0.17 Pieces small pack milk powder (Amulya)

Directions: Biscuits Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble ingredients
  • STEP 2.Break biscuits into small pieces.
  • STEP 3.Grease a spring form pan/mould
  • STEP 4.In a bowl take chocolate pieces + milk and microwave for a few seconds (6-7 seconds).
  • STEP 5.Chocolate melts.Now add butter and mix nicely, the chocolate mixture is ready. Add vanilla essence also and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Now pour the chocolate mixture into biscuit pieces and mix well so that biscuit pieces coat well with chocolate.
  • STEP 7.Now transfer the mixture into greased pan and press it gently to settle down nicely and evenly.
  • STEP 8.Refrigerate for 1 hour.Ingredients for the top chocolate layer. Take chopped chocolate, mix milk powder in milk and pour into chocolate pieces. Add butter also.
  • STEP 9.Microwave for few seconds and mix well, chocolate melts.
  • STEP 10.Pour the mixture evenly on the surface and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 11.Decorate with dry fruits or with GEMS. Biscuit Cake is ready to Serve.
