Directions: Biscoff Iced Latte: How To Make Creamy Café-style Coffee At Home Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl, add the Biscoff spread and mix in 2–3 tbsp warm coffee. Stir until the spread melts completely into a smooth, pourable mixture.
  • STEP 2.Brew the espresso or make strong coffee and let it cool down completely. If you want a stronger iced latte, use the chilled espresso rather than just using hot coffee poured directly over ice.
  • STEP 3.In a glass or shaker, add the chilled milk, vanilla extract and sugar, if using. Stir or shake well until everything gets evenly mixed.
  • STEP 4.Fill a tall glass with lots of ice cubes, leaving enough space for the coffee and milk mixture.
  • STEP 5.Pour the Biscoff mixture over the ice, followed by the chilled milk. Add some cooled espresso and mix gently to blend the coffee with the creamy milk.
  • STEP 6.If you want a more decadent finish, top the latte with a little whipped cream. Drizzle or spoon a small amount of softened Biscoff spread over the top as well.
  • STEP 7.Crush a Biscoff biscuit and then sprinkle it over the drink. Place another whole biscuit on the rim or serve it alongside.
  • STEP 8.Serve the Biscoff iced latte instantly while it is still cold, and the biscuit topping has some crunch.
