A mexican recipe of beef cooked with chile

Heat a pan and toast the chilies for 2 mins
In a bowl add hot water and soak the chilies for 5mins
Discard the seeds of the chilies and save the water
Add the saved water,chilies,oregano, garlic,clove,thyme,cinnamon,bouillon,laurel leaves , salt and pepper in a blender to blend
In a pot heat olive oil
And add salt and pepper to the beef
Fry the beef from all side until brown
Add chile mixture from the blender
Add water and set slow cooker to 6hrs
Serve with onion,cilantro and tortillas
