Ingredients for Bindi onion sabji Recipe

  • As required Bhindi (Okra)
  • As required washed
  • As required Dried
  • As required and chopped
  • As required Onion
  • As required finely sliced
  • As required Oil
  • As required turmeric powder
  • As required red chilli powder
  • As required coriander powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required to taste
  • As required (Optional) Garam masala or amchur powder

Directions: Bindi Onion Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn light golden.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped bhindi and mix gently.
  • STEP 5.Cook on medium flame without covering, stirring occasionally, until the bhindi becomes soft and non-sticky.
  • STEP 6.Add garam masala or amchur powder if using. Mix and cook for 1 more minute.
  • STEP 7.Turn off the flame and serve
