Ingredients for BIHARI STYLE CHICKEN Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg Chicken pieces
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 Cup Curd
  • 1 Pieces Whole black pepper
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces reen cardamom
  • 1/4 Inch Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Pieces Mace
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Cup Oil

Directions: Bihari Style Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a blender add whole garam masala.ginger paste,garlic paste and 2 chopped onion and make a paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf andchopped onion and saute until transparent.
  • STEP 3.Now add chicken and fry for 4 - 5 mins. Add ginger garlic , onion and whole garam masala paste and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add red chilly powder ,coriander powder ,turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well now add curd and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook in a high flame until oil leaves the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add one cup of water and salt and cook for five mins.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
