For the spicy masala, grind coriander, cardamom, black cardamom, garlic, ginger, red chilies, water together.
Take the minced chicken in a bowl and add salt. Add the spicy masala to that. Squeeze a lemon and blend it well.
Make little slider patties from the mixture.
Take a pan, add oil to that and shallow fry the patties until they turn golden brown.
Toast the slider buns in the same pan for two minutes from all sides.
Spread some dressing at the bottom half of the bun. Place an onion ring and a tomato slice.
Then place the patty and a slice of cheese on top of it.
Finish it with the other half of your bun on top.
