  • 4 No.s sandwich bread rolls
  • 1.50 No.s pork cutlets
  • 5 No.s Cloves
  • 50 gram Lard
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 No.s bay leaves
  • As required Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper

Directions: Bifana Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Place a layer of cutlets, add salt, pepper, bay leaf, paprika, lemon juice and garlic.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Pour white wine and marinate for 3 hours.

step 3

  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat some butter and add cutlets in it. Cutlets will turn golden brown. Toast the bread.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Fill each bread with cutlets and sauce.
