  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

step 1

  • STEP 1. preheat the oven at 350 degree f.

  • STEP 1. separate the egg white and egg yolks in different bowls.

  • STEP 1. beat the egg whites in a food processor and add a pinch of salt.

  • STEP 1. once the egg white becomes fluffy add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla essence and baking powder to the processor.

  • STEP 1. gradually add the flour and mix well.

  • STEP 1. grease the baking dish with oil and pour the prepared mixture into it.

  • STEP 1. place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degree f.

  • STEP 1. pour the coconut milk, brandy and sugar in a bowl and mix it well.

  • STEP 1. heat a pot and pour water in it to make a double boiler..

  • STEP 1. in a bowl combine egg whites, sugar coconut milk mix and cream of tartar and transfer it to a pan.

step 11

  • STEP 1.place the pan on top of the water pot.

step 12

  • STEP 1.cook it for a few minutes and then blend in a food processor for about 7 minutes.

  • STEP 1. take out the cake and top it with the prepared mixture and voila it is ready to be served.
