Ingredients for Bhutte ka Khees Recipe

  • 1/2 g piece big tender sweet corn cob
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 g pinch asafoetida/ hin
  • 1 pieces Green chillies finely chopped
  • a stalk Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • As Required Finely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish

Directions: Bhutte Ka Khees Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate tender sweet corn. Keep aside. In thick bottom kadhai heat oil. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds, curry leaves, as splutter,add chopped green chillies, asafoetida. Saute for 1 minute.
  • STEP 2.Add grated sweetcorn, stirring constantly, cook on slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add milk, salt,mix well cook for 5 minutes,till thickens. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Serve/ Relish Delicious Bhutte Ka Kees garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
