Directions: Bhutte Ka Khees Recipe
STEP 1.Grate tender sweet corn. Keep aside. In thick bottom kadhai heat oil. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds, curry leaves, as splutter,add chopped green chillies, asafoetida. Saute for 1 minute.
STEP 2.Add grated sweetcorn, stirring constantly, cook on slow flame for 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Add milk, salt,mix well cook for 5 minutes,till thickens. Add lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 4.Serve/ Relish Delicious Bhutte Ka Kees garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
