  • 4-5 leftover chapatis
  • 3 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 2.50 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 tablespoon ground almonds
  • 2 strands saffron
  • 1 pinch Ginger

  • STEP 1.Reheat the leftover chapatis on gas/microwave

  • STEP 2.Take a bowl and tear the heated chapatis into small pieces.

  • STEP 3.Now scatter the ground almonds & jaggery.

  • STEP 4.Heat the ghee and pour on top of the mixture.

  • STEP 5.Crumble the saffron strands and sprinkle on the mixture.

  • STEP 7.Gently knead the mixture and serve hot.
