Ingredients for Bhindi Shorse Recipe

  • 20 gram Mustard seeds
  • 20 gram Poppy seeds
  • 100 gram Potatoes cubed
  • 200 gram Lady’s finger
  • 5 gram Tomatoes Diced
  • 20 gram Coriander leaves chopped
  • 20 gram Mustard oil
  • 2 Dried red chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nigella seeds

  • STEP 1.Soak the mustard seeds and poppy seeds for 20mins

step 2

  • STEP 2.Grind it into a paste

step 3

  • STEP 3.Heat the kadhai with mustard oil

step 4

  • STEP 4.Fry the lady’s finger and set aside

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add 2 dried red chilies and nigella seeds

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add the potatoes and fry till golden

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add the mustard paste and mix well

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the fried lady’s finger

step 9

  • STEP 9.Cook for 10mins

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add 1tsp mustard oil

step 11

  • STEP 11.Serve with rice and dal as a side dish
