Soak the mustard seeds and poppy seeds for 20mins
Grind it into a paste
Heat the kadhai with mustard oil
Fry the lady’s finger and set aside
Add 2 dried red chilies and nigella seeds
Add the potatoes and fry till golden
Add the mustard paste and mix well
Add the fried lady’s finger
Cook for 10mins
Add 1tsp mustard oil
Serve with rice and dal as a side dish
