  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then make a slit lengthwise on one side of each okra.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together roasted gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and other spices.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the spice mixture into the slit of each okra, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the stuffed okra and cook on medium heat.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and the stuffing is cooked.
