  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then slice it thinly.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add the sliced okra to the batter and mix well to coat each piece.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.
  • STEP 5.Drop the coated okra slices into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
