Ingredients for Bhindi masala Recipe

  • 0.08 kg Bhindi
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • 0.17 tsp Mustard
  • 0.33 tsp Udad dal
  • A Few Curry leaves few
  • 0.33 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 0.17 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp jeera
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Bhindi Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and wipe dry bhindi.
  • STEP 2.Cut them in to thin slices.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 4.Add mustard, jeera , udad dal and curry leaves. Once mustard starts splutter, add bhindi pieces.
  • STEP 5.Saute in low flame till done.
  • STEP 6.Add dhanya powder, chilli powder and salt.
