  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then cut it into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté the okra until crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, besan (gram flour), turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add the yogurt mixture to the pan with the okra and cook until the curry thickens.
